Our online vintage clothing shop is located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Most of our clothes are vintage (used), however we only sell
clothes in a good/very good/excellent shape.

You can find deadstock items.

All the defects will be shown in pictures or mentioned in descriptions.

Yes, we precisely check the clothes for authenticity so no
need to worry about buying a fake.

Order Issues

In most cases, your order begins processing immediately and
cannot be changed or canceled. However, if you want to cancel your order,
please email us at info@dagilisvintage.com
as soon as possible after the order is placed.

First of all,
we do apologize for your inconvenience. Please drop us an email at info@dagilisvintage.com and we will get this resolved as soon
as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days
after receiving a payment.

For Lithuanian customers shipping usually takes up to 3
business days. Please note ordering over a public holiday may cause slight
delays.

European delivery usually takes around 1-2 weeks for item to
reach European Union States and UK.

For United States, Canada, Australia and Rest of
the World it takes around 3-4 weeks.

For EU customers there are no additional fees.

International customers need to be aware that additional charges may occur, such as duties, taxes and administration fees for the import process to certain destinations.

Look for the tracking number in your shipping confirmation
email. Copy and paste the tracking number into the https://www.post.lt/  tracking page and it should tell you the
status of your order.

If your order does not arrive on time, please allow 5 extra
business days as some packages may become delayed while in transit. Public
holidays might affect shipping as well.

Returns and Refunds

Yes, you can return any item within 14 of
receiving it/them.

We do not refund the original cost of postage nor the cost
of a return.

To start a return, drop a request at
info@dagilisvintage.com. Please note, we do not cover postage costs.

IMPORTANT! We
strongly recommend to use a secure or tracked method of postage, i.e. recorded
or special delivery. Please keep hold of a proof of postage.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll
be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds are usually
issued within 1-3 working days from receiving your returned item. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.

If you do not receive your refund in 10 working days after
receiving a refund confirmation email, please contact us at
info@dagilisvintage.com.

Returns are to be covered by the buyer.

You can use any courier you wish as long as the package is
secure. We strongly recommend using a signed for or tracked service to ensure
delivery. We are not liable for any packages lost or damaged in the post.
