Payments, Shipping and Refund Policy

Payments

In our shop you can complete the payment in three different ways:

  1. PayPal.
  2. With the credit or debit card. 
  3. Using MakeCommerce.lt payment platform, which allows you to pay through online banking services: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. 

All payments are completed in Euro currency. 

 

Shipping time
We aim to process your order 24 hours after you have placed the order, but it can take a few business days (2-3) sometimes. In Lithuania your item will reach you in 2-3 days. Please note ordering over a public holiday may cause slight delays.

 

European shipping
It usually takes around 1-3 weeks for item to reach European Union States and UK. 

For United States, Canada, Australia and Rest of the World it takes around 3-4 weeks. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Lithuania Shipping – FREE.
Germany Shipping - FREE.
Ireland Shipping - FREE.
Europe Shipping – €10.
Rest of World – €17/20.

All items are posted with AB Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post), a public limited company, is the largest provider of postal services in Lithuania. 

 

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. We will also need the invoice to process the refund. Any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.

We strongly recommend that you use a secure or tracked method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
